Refund Policy
How cancellations and refunds work for brand plans.

Creators
ainzoo is free for creators, so no payments or refunds apply.
Monthly plans (Pro, Scale)
You can cancel anytime. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period and is not charged again. Payments already made for a started month are not refunded, except where required by law.
Yearly plans
You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if you have used 5 or fewer contact unlocks. After that, yearly plans are non-refundable but remain active until the end of the term.
Campaign Pass
A Campaign Pass can be refunded within 7 days if your campaign has not yet been published or no contacts have been unlocked.
Duplicate or wrong charges
If you were charged twice or incorrectly, contact us and we will refund the extra amount.
How to request
Send a request through the Contact page with your account email and payment details. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 working days.
