1. About ainzoo

ainzoo.com is a discovery and matching platform operated from Surat, Gujarat, India. ainzoo connects brands and creators; ainzoo is not a party to any agreement between a brand and a creator, and does not handle, hold or guarantee deal payments.

2. Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your password safe.

3. Creators

• Profile data, audience figures and links must be true and your own.
• Buying followers or engagement, or misrepresenting reach, can lead to removal.
• You must clearly disclose paid or gifted content (for example #ad or Paid Partnership) as required by ASCI guidelines and the laws that apply to you.

4. Brands

• Campaigns must describe real, lawful products and honest terms.
• You must pay creators as agreed and on time. Your Pays-on-time score reflects creator feedback.
• Do not ask creators to hide sponsorship or make false claims.

5. Plans and payments

Paid plans are billed as shown on the Pricing page. Prices shown in INR are exclusive of GST, which is added at checkout at the applicable rate (currently 18%). Customers outside India pay the USD price. The founding Pro price (₹1,999/month or $29/month) applies to the first 100 brands for their first 12 months, after which the standard Pro price applies. Prices may change with notice; changes apply from your next billing period. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

6. Content

You keep ownership of what you post. You allow ainzoo to display it on the site and in promotion of the platform. Do not post anything illegal, misleading, infringing or abusive.

7. Disputes between users

Disagreements about scope, delivery or payment are between the brand and the creator. We may help by reviewing reports and removing users who break these terms.

8. Limitation of liability

ainzoo is provided “as is”. To the extent allowed by law, ainzoo is not liable for losses arising from deals between users or from use of the site, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 3 months.

9. Termination

You can close your account anytime. We may suspend or remove accounts that break these terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Surat, Gujarat having jurisdiction.
